AJA Solutions has developed an innovative cultural assessment tool to take businesses to the next level, providing a quick and easy self-evaluation to determine where on the cultural journey your organisation is, and what needs to happen to get you where you want to be.

The Cultural Assessment Tool is a free online survey consisting of 20 short questions that will take five minutes or less to complete. It will provide you with a one-page report that highlights where you are currently placed on your cultural journey.

This assessment is a small component of the bigger picture but can be a powerful driver for organisations to identify where and how they can enhance their cultural capacity.
