Cultural Assessment Tool

The Organisational Cultural Assessment is designed to provide a quick and easy self evaluation to determine where on the cultural journey your organisation sits. The self evaluation will assist you to identify your strengths, outline areas where cultural capabilities can be enhanced, review what frameworks may be required (e.g. Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP), Indigenous workforce strategies etc), and to ultimately improve your delivery of quality services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, clients and stakeholders. The assessment takes less than five minutes to complete and will provide you with a one-page report that highlights where you are currently placed on your cultural journey. The questions are taken from AJA Solutions Cultural Assessment Guide and have been developed through many years of experience working in Indigenous Affairs across a diverse range of environments.
