James met with us regularly to better understand our organisation and developed a tailored National Indigenous Workforce Strategy that will serve a critical role as we grow and continue along our RAP journey.

Over the past two years we have engaged AJA Solutions and continue to work with James Alley in a professional capacity to implement Watpac Indigenous Employment and Training Framework including the procuring of Indigenous businesses, which he assisted in creating and are now planning to implement across our business nationally.
